Exabeam, an industry leader in AI and automation services, and LogRhythm, known for its high-integrity, reliable data acquisition, have announced the successful merger of two companies. This merger, a strategic step that will shape the future of cybersecurity and accelerate threat detection, investigation, and response (TDIR) processes, aims to create an AI-powered security operations platform that combines unparalleled technological innovation with reliable data, offering the most efficient and accurate security incident management (SIEM) and user-entity behavior analytics (UEBA) solutions in the industry.

LogRhythm will leverage the strengths of both organizations to create the best cybersecurity provider, empowering security analysts, security engineers, and Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) with the tools, intelligence, and guidance needed to protect against cyber threats. The company will retain the Exabeam name and honor the legacy of the LogRhythm brand by renewing its visual branding to represent the merger of two industry leaders.

The company will continue to provide quarterly updates to its cloud-based and on-premises SIEM products, as promised since July 2022. This strategy aims to streamline security operations by integrating AI-powered automation with reliable data, accelerating TDIR processes, and empowering security teams to focus on mitigating complex threats quickly and effectively.
